Headquartered in Emporia, Kansas, we ship OEM and aftermarket replacement parts for John Deere, CAT, Kubota, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Case IH, Bobcat, AGCO, Ford, JCB, Mahindra, Branson, International Harvester, and many more brands to all 50 U.S. states and customers worldwide.

This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and return of parts purchased through usagroparts.com or by phone at 1-844-400-7325. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Coverage

US Agro Parts ships worldwide from our warehouses located in Emporia, Kansas. We deliver OEM and aftermarket parts to all 50 U.S. states and to customers in over 50 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and beyond. If you are outside the United States, our parts specialists will work with you to find the best shipping solution for your location.

2.2 Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

  • In-stock parts: Same-day shipping available for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST
  • Special-order or hard-to-find parts: Processing times may vary; our team will notify you with an estimated timeline
  • Quote-based orders: Shipping begins once payment is confirmed

2.3 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with major U.S. and international carriers to ensure reliable delivery worldwide. Available shipping options include:

  • Standard Ground Shipping — Domestic (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping — Domestic (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight / Next-Day Shipping — Domestic (available upon request, subject to carrier availability)
  • International Standard Shipping (7–21 business days depending on destination country)
  • International Express Shipping (3–7 business days depending on destination country)
  • Freight Shipping — Domestic & International (for oversized parts, machines, or heavy attachments)

2.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout or included in your custom quote. US Agro Parts reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for unusually large, heavy, or hazardous items (e.g., batteries, pressurized components).

2.5 International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. US Agro Parts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for agricultural and heavy equipment parts before placing your order. Our team is happy to assist with documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, HS codes) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 1 business day of your expected ship date, please contact us at:

2.6 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your shipment through the carrier’s website. For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent once the shipment clears U.S. customs. If you have not received tracking information within 1 business day of your expected ship date, please contact us:

2.7 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs before unpacking the item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. US Agro Parts will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for replacement parts or a refund at no additional cost to you.

For lost shipments, please allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will initiate a carrier investigation and provide a resolution within 7 business days of the claim.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Return Eligibility

US Agro Parts accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The part is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • The part is in its original packaging with all included hardware, documentation, and labels
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • The part was not a special-order, custom-sourced, or final-sale item (see Section 3.3)

Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

3.2 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before shipping any item back to us:

Our team will verify your order, confirm return eligibility, and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special-order or hard-to-find parts sourced specifically for a customer’s request
  • Electrical components (including alternators, wiring harnesses, and control modules) once removed from original packaging
  • Hydraulic components that have been connected to a hydraulic system
  • Diesel engine rebuild kits that have been partially opened or used
  • Batteries and pressurized components
  • Parts marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • International orders outside the contiguous United States (international returns are subject to separate terms — contact us prior to purchase for details)

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An error on the part of US Agro Parts (e.g., wrong part shipped)
  • A defective or damaged part received

In such cases, US Agro Parts will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. US Agro Parts is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

3.5 Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Full refund: Issued for eligible returns in original condition, for errors or defects caused by US Agro Parts
  • Restocking fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error, at our discretion
  • Store credit: May be offered as an alternative to a refund in select cases

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges & Incorrect Parts

If you received the wrong part or need to exchange for a different part number, please contact us immediately at 1-844-400-7325. Our parts specialists will work with you to identify the correct part and arrange an exchange.

To help us identify the correct part, please have the following information available:

  • Equipment brand, model, and year
  • Part number (if known)
  • Description of the issue or where the part is used

We stand behind our parts. If a part is defective or fails under normal use within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Parts Warranty

US Agro Parts offers the following warranty coverage on parts:

  • OEM parts: Subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms
  • Aftermarket parts: 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications.
